AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for a specific purpose.

We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI outputs, including business or financial decisions.

We are not responsible for downtime, interruptions, or third-party service failures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Limburg, The Netherlands, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account or subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if we decide to discontinue services.

11. Acceptable Use of AI

You agree not to use our services to:

Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
